Getting started with intensive outpatient therapy is simple: just call our intake coordinators! You’ll receive a free 20-minute consultation with our dedicated intensive outpatient evening therapist to assess your needs and determine if our program fits you.

Our program is designed to accommodate participants with family and work commitments. Sessions are conducted through a secure telehealth platform in the evenings, making it easy to fit our sessions into your busy schedule. Our 12-week program includes three key elements to support your healing journey:

  • Weekly Discovery Group: Join our 90-minute weekly Discovery Group, where you’ll create a personalized owner’s manual, discover more about yourself, and learn how to use your hidden skills for growth.
  • Weekly Experience Group: With our 90-minute weekly intensive outpatient group therapy, practice what you’ve learned in the Discovery Group, explore your attachment style, and experience new relationship patterns to enhance your healing journey.
  • Weekly Individual Psychotherapy: During our 60-minute weekly Individual Psychotherapy sessions, our experienced intensive outpatient therapists will provide you with dedicated support in a safe and confidential space. You can trust in their expertise as they guide you through your experiences and assist you in achieving your recovery goals.
