What to Expect From Our Intensive Outpatient Program
Individuals dealing with complex trauma may benefit from our 12-week intensive therapy program.
Complex trauma is often diagnosed in adults and young children who have experienced multiple traumatic events, such as:

Rediscover yourself and regain hope for your future with our 12-week intensive outpatient program. You’ll work with a licensed psychotherapist with attachment and traumatic stress treatment expertise.

Discovery Group
During this 90-minute weekly session, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of your trauma and how it’s impacting your life. You’ll also learn about self-compassion and explore how to cultivate healthy relationships.
Experience Group
This 90-minute weekly session provides an opportunity to practice mindfulness, discover new relationship patterns, and engage in productive interactions.
Individual Psychotherapy
In this weekly 60-minute session, you have the opportunity to challenge yourself while also processing what you’ve learned in an engaging, non-judgmental, and empowering space.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are your rates?
Our complete package (which includes discovery and experience groups and individual counseling) costs $4,500, which may be paid in three monthly installments. To secure your booking, we require a $150 deposit.
When are program groups held?
Program groups are scheduled every Tuesday and Thursday, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. via Zoom, while individual sessions are booked separately.
