Our Intensive Outpatient Therapy Process

Simply call our intake coordinators to begin receiving intensive outpatient therapy. You’ll get a free 20-minute consultation with one of our intensive outpatient evening therapists to assess your needs and determine if you’re an excellent fit for the program.

Sessions are conducted via a secure telehealth platform in the evenings to accommodate pa

participants with family and work commitments. Our 12-week program includes the following elements:

  • Weekly Discovery Group: Engage in a 90-minute intensive group therapy session each week where you’ll create a personalized owner’s manual, uncover self-discovery, and learn how to utilize your hidden skills for growth.
  • Weekly Experience Group: Practice what you’ve learned in the Discovery Group with a 90-minute weekly group therapy session. Explore your attachment style and experience new relationship patterns to enhance your healing journey.
  • Weekly Individual Psychotherapy: Receive dedicated support from our skilled intensive outpatient therapists with a 60-minute weekly individual psychotherapy session. This provides a safe space to discuss your experiences and receive guidance in achieving your program goals.

Continued Support for Your Journey

Even after completing the program, our trauma therapists will stay in touch to check on your progress. You are always welcome to re-enroll for ongoing guided support and continued personal development. Remember, we are here to support you every step on your path to recovery.
