The Discovery Group
This 90-minute weekly group will allow you to see life as a process and a practice. You and the rest of the group will be practicing authenticity, mindfulness, and bravery within the context of radical self-care. You’ll better understand your goals and identify them as a function of your experiences.
The Experience Group
This 90-minute weekly group lets you engage in genuine relationships. You’ll be able to practice mindfulness, find new relationship patterns, and create meaningful interactions.
This 60-minute session helps you process everything you’ve learned through individual therapy. It will provide you with an interactive, non-judgmental, supportive, and empowering space where you can express yourself.

What are your rates?
The full package costs $4,500, which can be broken up into three monthly installments. The full package is inclusive of the Discovery and Experience group sessions as well as individual psychotherapy. A $150 deposit is required to confirm your booking.
When are program groups scheduled?
Program groups like the Discovery and Experience sessions are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM. These sessions are done via Zoom. Individual sessions will have to be scheduled separately.
